Vårt dagkort gäller vardagar från kl. 06.30 – 14.00 och gäller då vi har WOD (Work Out of the Day) på schemat. WOD är våra gruppträningspass. Dagkortens WOD’s skiljer sig mot ordinarie WOD då morgon och lunch är ett litet kortare pass (45 min) av ”Intensiv Intervallträning” med utrustning som kettlebell, medicinbollar och hantlar.
